Abstract : The aim of the present paper is to increase the efficiency of self-tuning generalized minimum variance (GMV) control of linear time-invariant (LTI) systems followed by deadzone nonlinearities. An approach, based on reordering of observations to be processed for the reconstruction of an unknown internal signal that acts between LTI system and a static nonlinear block of the closed-loop Wiener system, has been developed. The results of GMV self-tuning control of the second order LTI system with an ordinary deadzone are given.

Abstract : The talent figure for a permanent magnet is the multiplication of the maximum energy (BHmax). Less volume magnet is required for the production of magnet flux density if the BHmax value is higher. Mathematical functions are obtained from the data related to resiudal flux density, magnetic coercitivy, permanent magnet flux product capability, Curie temperature and density which were obtained as a result of the studies on different NdFeB alloys in the laboratory. Besides this, mathematical functions of NdFeB hard magnet’s resiudal flux density are obtained by adding elements. In this study, a virtual laboratory for producing nanocompositedNdFeB magnet has been designed. The virtual laboratory software has been used to simulate NdFeB hard magnets for industrial utilities..

Abstract :  This article presents a project entitled "Grandma’s games", following a research idea to enrich the educational process of K9 students by introducing the traditional children games of our ancestors in the learning environment, revived and adapted for modern students with the aid of information and communication technology. While creating a strong connection between our heritage and the modern educational trends, the project’s intention goes beyond mere fulfilment of educational goals, striving to increase the interest and motivation of primary education students to develop their creativity and originality while learning, with respect of their own personal preferences and cultural heritage. The "Grandma’s games" research project engaged twelve traditional games in the educational activities at primary schools from both rural and non-rural environments in Republic of Macedonia. Descriptive statistics was applied on the data set sampled from the extensive survey conducted among teachers in these schools, to illustrate the benefits from the application of the Grandma’s games in educational process.

Abstract :  The paper presents the possibilities of optimizing the use of biofuels in terms of energy efficiency in compression ignition (CI) engines fueling. Based on the experimental results was determinate the law of variation of the rate of heat released by the combustion process for diesel fuel and different blends of biodiesel. Using this law, were changed parameters of the engine management system (fuel injection law) and was obtain increased engine performance (in terms of energy efficiency) for use of different biofuel blends.

Abstract :  Software project probably is a sector that has witnessed the highest rate of project failure in the world. The industry claims that the software engineering graduates are not able to meet their requirements in software industry. This is surprising to the academia that offers software engineering specialization. This type of situation is creating the barrier between the software industry and academics and the efforts are made to reduce the gap. So it is important identify weaknesses of projects. This paper outlines evaluating questionnaire about the student projects in software development courses student projects. The questions were intended to test students’ soft skills and hard skills. This questionnaires performed Software Engineering, System Analysis and Design, and Agile Software Development courses in the Department of Computer Engineering. All of these courses are project based learning. In this study, soft skills and hard skills in software development courses students project evaluated. The purpose of this study identify the students project weaknesses in project based courses to provide better quality education in software development courses, preparing students for professional life, improvement of the success rate of software projects and possibly lead to reduce gap between academy and industry.

In our study, parameters of the affecting the efficiency of combustion that indicator of combustion character and burn time can be determined by experimental methods, such as the values m and Z for different types of motors are intended to be detected. For this purpose, the experimental data were processed as mathematically and According to the obtained results, the empirical equations have been created in order to calculate m and z under different load and speed in the stratified charge flame ignite gasoline engine.

Abstract :  Realization of the determined targets in drastically changed working conditions requires development of new approaches, new business models and ideas of management. As a consequence, managerial practice and methods significantly changed in the last decade of the 20th century and those changes have been continuing in the 21st century. In that context, contemporary trends present in the managerial accounting are associated with its strategic concepts, such as: activity based costing system, just-in-time system and total quality management. Starting from the a.m., the main objective of this research will be directed towards providing data for that if Macedonian business entities are familiar with these concepts and how much they implement them. For this purposewe carried out a survey on a representative sample of Macedonian companies.The examination conducted in this paper shows that business entities in R. Macedonia still apply these accounting techniques not sufficiently. Obtained results are presented within this paper in details.

Abstract :  This paper presents the results of the primary research regarding management relations towards accounting information that is used in the business decision making process applied in manufacturing companies of the Tuzla Canton (here on: “TC”). The research commences from the fact that the interaction between accounting function organization quality and business decision making is important, because it has direct effect on applied practice when managing operating performances of a company. Taking into consideration management relations towards accounting information in the decision making process, dysfunctional areas within accounting function organization segments are identified. This opens up possibilities to affect modernization of the performance management through the process of redesign of those dysfunctional areas. According to our knowledge, similar research has not been conducted on the area of B&H manufacturing companies' operations.

Options, and the other financial derivatives, as well, are instruments that are derived from some other financial instruments, that makes them more complicated from one hand, and more risky, from the other hand. Their role is very important for the developing the financial system, and generating economic growth. The subject of research in this paper is the options as a unstandardized financial derivatives, and their basic characteristics and usage in developed, and developing countries. The prime goal is to research the importance of these derivatives in developing countries, with basic focus in the Republic of Macedonia. The results from these paper should suggest if the options are crutial for the developing the Macedonian financial markets.
