Abstract:

 

The purpose of this article is to improve the process of making managerial decisions in the course of forming a portfolio of objects within intellectual property of an enterprise. The way to improve the process of forming a portfolio of intellectual property of objects by introducing a methodical approach in order to make managerial decisions based on the method of analysis regarding the hierarchies is suggested. Factors determining the feasibility of implementing each of the alternatives are identified. The proposed methodological approach will provide an opportunity to increase the degree of economic feasibility of solutions in the process of forming a portfolio of objects of intellectual property by taking into account the criteria for choosing alternatives and their importance.
