Abstract:

The quality of a lubricant used is a significant factor in the service life of bearings in operation. Nowadays, the development in the field of lubricants is advanced, and opens up additional possibilities for customers to extend the service life of the bearings. This paper deals with the parsing of the high-speed bearing of the milling head in the CNC milling cutter. The state of the bearings and contact surfaces was determined by the measurements and the analysis which was performed in order to assess the abrasion mode.
