Abstract:

 

The topic of the article is linked to the Europe 2020 strategy's attributions, to the key factors for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and its chosen core objectives – employment and education. The aim of the article is to define the possibilities of activation, involvement in social and economic changes, especially under the influence of information and communication technologies, which are shaped as innovative, alternative opportunities on the traditional labor market. The achievement of the objective was supported by the results of the primary qualitative survey.
