Abstract:

The paper aims to propose, investigate and test suitable means for automation of the processes for dynamic quality evaluation of objects in a given subject area. On the basis of the theoretical study a number of conceptual and computational models are proposed. In consequence, the architecture of a software system for dynamic quality evaluation is defined and a corresponding software prototype is built over an existing university information infrast-ructure. General models are applied for dynamic quality evaluation of different objects in the field of higher education.
