Abstract:

 

This paper applies the concept of collaborative learning in function of organisations from a classroom setting. The concept of collaborative learning in a business setting is compared to “similar” broad concepts also used in organisations, namely: collaborative management and learning organisation. Differences and similarities of these concepts are discussed with the scope of helping organisations grow by implementing these notions in practice. It also provides an insight into the suitability of collaborative learning as the base to evolve into a learning organisation.
