Abstract:
The company’s competitive advantage on the market is in direct correlation with the resources and the capacities, especially with the business potential of the employees which consists of their knowledge, skills, inventiveness and other elements that are necessary for handling the changes and producing measurable results. The introduction of a quality system is a teamwork and in those environments where the rules are not being followed, it is possible to immediately assess it as unacceptable. One of the largest changes sought by the new TQM strategy (Total Quality Management) in relation to the Macedonian companies is the change of the mentality and disposal of the old habits.
Keywords –quality system, evaluation of the business results, metrology, model. |
