Abstract :
The present paper describes the analysis of the instantaneous power dissipation by the two active components in a class B power amplifier. Attention is paid to restrictions of the instantaneous power dissipation relations in reference literature, and the consequences of their misuse. A new generalized equation that takes into account the power dissipated by the two active devices is proposed. The theoretical statement is substantiated by Matlab® numeric computation and visualization, Cadence OrCAD® simulations and measurements of a real-world audio power amplifier performed by NI USB-6211 measurement complex.

Abstract :
The development of technology, electronics and computing opened the way for a cross-disciplinary research that brings benefits by combining the achievements of different fields. To prepare the students for their future interdisciplinary approach, aninterdisciplinary teaching is adopted. This ensures their progress in knowledge, understanding and ability to navigate through different fields. Aiming these results, the Universities introduce new interdisciplinary courses which explore complex problems by studying subjects from different domains. The paper presents a problem encountered in designingpower plants. The method of solvingthe problem isused to explain the numerical methods and to exercise programming. The goal of understanding a numerical algorithm that solves a linear system of equations is achieved by using the knowledge of heat transfer to design the regenerative circuit of a thermal power plant. In this way, the outcomes from the prior courses (mathematics and physics) are used to explain a new subject (numerical methods) and to advance future ones (power plants).

Abstract :
Facebook allows people to easily share information about themselves which in some cases could be classified as confidential or sensitive in the organisation they’re working for. In this paper we discuss the type of data stored by Facebook and the scope of the terms “confidential” and “sensitive data”. The intersection of these areas shows that there is high possibility for confidential data disclosure in organisations with none or ineffective security policy. This paper proposes a strategy for managing the risks of information leakage. We define five levels of controls against posting non-public data on Facebook - security policy, applications installed on employees’ workstations, specific router software or firmware, software in the cloud, Facebook itself. Advantages and disadvantages of every level are evaluated. As a result we propose developing of new control integrated in the social media.
Keywords - Facebook, audit, information security, security policy.

Abstract : In this paper we present a system that automatically detects and profiles threats on a real network. The realised Threat Detection System (TDS)is based on Snort software and it allows the security experts to evaluate the risk of vulnerability and to retrieve the actual number of threats that are active in the network.Algorithms are presented to determine three properties for each threat: skill, intensity of the attacks and whether the threat is a human or an autonomous computer program.
Keywords - Network vulnerabilities, Intrusion detection, Classification methods.

Abstract : This paper presents an approach to linear circuits using Hilbert transform. The phase shift between current and voltage is to be determined using the proposed method. An important aspect is that the circuit configuration is not known. This is possible by using the Hilbert transform. Also, one can determine the active power, reactive power and apparent power of the circuit. Applications refer strictly to sampled signals, discrete signals.
Keywords - phase shift, linear circuits, Hilbert transform, power measurement.

Abstract : Individual’s life is uncertain and limited, such as are his working life and working ability, therefore life insurance represents a manner of managing with risks which may be expressed through the lack of means for subsistence in a certain period of life or protection of the individual or the members of his family in financial terms. By having a life insurance policy one invests in his own security, protects his loved ones, while saving and planning their own future. Life insurance policy is a long-term solution that combines the safest savings and reliability.
There is a tradition of having a life insurance policy in the developed countries, while in the Republic of Macedonia the number of individuals with life insurance is still very small. In this paper we will do a research on the perception of the population in the country regarding the benefits of owning a life insurance policy, limiting factors and measures to increase the contracts on life insurance.

Abstract : The aim of this research is the reduction in deformation load, improvement of the mechanical properties of the product by means of an optimum forming process and die profile. Forward extrusion and lateral extrusion were chosen as two different forming methods to manufacture a spur gear form.Four different die geometries were chosen for the forward extrusion; including straight tapered transition profile and cosine transition profile with having two different die lengths. Al 1070 was used as workpiece material in the experimental study. Experiments using five sets of dies with spur gear form were performed, and the measured forming load results were compared with the predictions of the finite element method for the same deformation situations by using DEFORM-3D. The state of stress and strain was also determined for two forming methods by means of DEFORM-3D. Finally, a series of fatigue tests were carried out for four teeth gear forms produced by both processes to evaluate influence of the forming processes.
Keywords - Extrusion, spur gear, DEFORM 3-D, optimal die profile, fatigue.

Abstract : The wide variety of models for analysis of processes in the inductor-detail systems makes it necessary to summarize them. This is a difficult task because of the variety of inductor-detail system configurations. This paper aims to present a multi physics mathematical model for complex analysis of electromagnetic and thermal fields in axial symmetric systems inductor-detail.

Abstract : The adaptation of new technologies and their proper usage in business negotiations is essential for further development of this field. With an analysis of face to face and e-negotiations and by utilizing a combination of research methods such as: experiment, survey and interviewing, this paper proves that the usage of virtual communication tools in business negotiations influences the individual perception of the negotiation process, influences the ethics of the negotiators and the mutual trust, but also demonstrates the need of getting these tools professionally closer to the Macedonian business negotiators that lack sufficient interest for investing in such technologies.

Abstract : University foreign language lecturers need to equalize prior language competence and expand students’ knowledge and skills. The existing teaching approaches prove insufficient, which is a reason to search for new and change the old ones.
The development of learning skills using ICT extends basic information channels and thus stimulates the acquisition of new competences. When IT-assisted learning is used in cooperative environment, students gain more knowledge and retain it better.
This article is based on practical experience in multimedia product development and study of international attempts to achieve identical teaching goals and turn products into good teaching materials.
